CLUB
BROCHURE
At
the center of its promotional materials, your club should
distribute a simple but concise brochure. Ask your District
Governor or the Sertoma Headquarters Communications Department
for samples of effective club brochures. If your club does
not have the financial ability or members with computer skills
to generate a brochure, then print the following information
on your club letterhead as a club fact sheet.
Your
club brochure/fact sheet should:

Display
the Sertoma logo on every item printed for
your club, from bulletins to brochures.

Briefly explain Sertoma and include several
Sertoma message points from the previous "Key Sertoma
Message Points" page.

Explain
your club, its name, meeting time and place and brief history.

List
your club projects.
-
Describe
how Sertoma benefits your community.
-
List
your officers and members (optional).
-
Describe
how Sertoma membership benefits members.
-
List
expectations of membership.
-
Include a membership application.
-
Provide a contact with phone number, e-mail address and
mailing address.

A Sertoma Fact Sheet is also downloadable as a PDF file from
the Sertoma Web site, www.sertoma.org.
You may use the Fact Sheet as a guide, distribute it with
no changes or - best - print your club's information
on the back.
